Industrial Design

Below is a collect of previous work when practicing as an Industrial Designer.

UNO Australia (2019)

UNO Australia are a small multi-discipline creative design studio, specialising in Industrial design, graphic design and retail architecture space. Below are some projects I worked on during my time there. NOTE: These projects are still ongoing to the best of my knowledge, therefore due to the sensitivity of the projects, only a collage of images/renders can be shown.

Compact commercial oven

This CAD-heavy project involved the design engineering development of a compact bbq oven system for commercial kitchens.

Underground storage solution

This CAD-heavy project involved the exploration of a underground storage solution with an automatic roof strong enough to withstand the weight of a large car.

Orbital smart tennis device

This project included the development of a smart orbital tennis device with internal sensors to track your performance when hitting the ball.

TEAGUE (2016-2018)

TEAGUE is renowned as the first design firm to be established in the world (1926). In 2016 I had the opportunity to work for them as a Technical Designer, collaborating with teams on improving the in-flight experience of commercial air travel. Click on the link below to learn more about TEAGUE and what my there involved, otherwise feel free to look as some of the work I undertook during my time there. NOTE: Due to the sensitivity of the work at TEAGUE, only a collage of images/renders can be shown.

Boeing 777X validation vehicle

In Aviation, engineering precision is the make or break element when it comes to success or failure of a product. Being a key collaborator in the design and build of this validation vehicle was as difficult as it was rewarding.

Lighting & foam mock-up work

Mock ups and prototypes are a large part of the development process of any design. This is a collage of some of the lighting and foam works I took on during my time at TEAGUE.

Mobile laser testing rig

Collaborating with Boeing engineers, this project involved precision engineering with the simplest of materials to ensure the testing the engineers want to conduct will deliver quality results.

Below are a couple projects I undertook during my Industrial Design studies at Monash University.

MODU - Modular helmet system

We were tasked with improving user engagement on the Shout for Good platform to raise money for its registered charities on a regular basis.

Mesh - A social-awareness wheelchair

We were tasked with improving the UI of the client’s existing platform, to ensure the targeted audience digest important data with ease.
