COVID-19 Response: JB Direct
When COVID-19 hit, there was fear all JB stores would close. To save staff and continue assisting customers, JB Direct was commissioned. Only 5 months into the business, I was tasked with the challenge of leading the design of this multi-team collaboration.

Shout for Good (ANZ)
We were tasked with improving user engagement on the Shout for Good platform to raise money for its registered charities on a regular basis.
Umps Health
We were tasked with improving the UI of the client’s existing platform, to ensure the targeted audience digest important data with ease.
Fetch Lane
We were tasked with exploring solutions to improve customer interaction on the client’s e-commerce site through research findings and Google Analytics.
