Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, I am an Experience Designer with a background in Furnishing Technology, Industrial Design and UX Design.
At my core, I am a people-person who strives to do my part in building a more inclusive world with less friction and more equality. After studying Furnishing Technology at RMIT and Industrial Design (with Honors) at Monash University, I ventured to Seattle (USA) to work for TEAGUE as a Technical Design in the aviation department. With no prior knowledge of airplanes, I loved the challenge of learning on the job as we assisted clients such as Boeing and other airlines with the development of their products.
With desire to continue expanding my knowledge and skill set as a designer, after a couple of exciting, invaluable years at Teague, I returned to Melbourne to pursue new opportunities. I recently completed a 3 month full-time course in UX Design at Academy Xi.
Now currently seeking new opportunities, I am excited to continue my journey as an Experience Designer.
When I’m not designing products, you will find me on the basketball court playing with mates, knee-deep in philosophical conversations at cafes over brunch, hiking/snowboarding nearby mountains, or searching for my next overseas adventure. Over the last 6 years I have also had the honor of representing Australia in Basketball, competing twice at the Olympics for the Deaf.
I am a designer, a maker, an observer… I am a human-centred thinker.
